BIFW: Fashion Networking

It has been said and done that one of the best fashion desigs are found here in Thailand, their intricate work of art has wowed us all, I am even impress with the difficulty of each patterns and how they were able to successfully mix every color in Summer and Spring.  One of the best things Thailand can offer is their love for Fashion, they breathe, sleep and eat FASHION.  No wonder they always make sure that they will hit divine wonder in the Fashion World.

How I survived in this week’s crazy schedule is still a big question, as what I have said I am a complete mess.  I’ve been sleeping late and waking up early trying to fix each of my schedule for the Fashion Weeks post, for my shop and the Queens site.  Plus I have to switch from one job to another in looking for a new school this coming May,  so you, see it has not been easy for me.

But I am thankful that with the digital age and the aid of my Ipod Touch and trusty Blackberry, I was able to keep track with the latest updates during the BIFW.  I was able to survive the runway shows and collection because the organizer itself opened their doors to everyone who uses all networking sites.  With there commitment to reaffirm again the Fashion Industry in Thailand they have made an extra effort in making an innovative theme which is; “Fashion Networking” in this years Bangkok International Fashion Week.  Social Networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr helps everyone to keep track of the runway shows and highlight its purpose in the digital media.

Nothing is new in Bangkok since almost everyone uses a Blackberry to communicate with one another and it has been the best gadget since each Fashion Brand has offered their QR Code for everyone to scan it and exchange ideas from the designers to the sponsors itself.  Even stylists got into the game, sharing fashion insights and letting every fashionistas stay ahead of the game.

Aside from that, using my mobile phone or my Ipod touch,  I can comfortably watch the live stream of the runway show even though I am running late to get to the event.  Technology has helped the Fashion Industry spread its components to everyone.  And with everyone who are in their toes using their Ipad, Iphone and Blackberry this week has encourage everyone to be on top of the link to showcase what Thai designers has to offer in the international medium.  Thank GOD for Fashion Networking.
